Job Description
Join the team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Maintenance professional, where you will play a key role in maintaining the facility. Working 40-50 hours per week at a starting wage of $26.00 per hour, your responsibilities will include implementing technical solutions, preventative maintenance programs, and facilitate effective communication regarding maintenance matters.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical and facility-related solutions.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with relevant personnel related to maintenance matters.
- Consult with the warehouse management team regarding maintenance needs, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
- Provide input regarding changes to improve warehouse operations.
- Perform general cleaning duties to achieve warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
- Maintain and implement preventative maintenance programs.

Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift up to 45 pounds at various heights.

- Continuously work in varying temperatures, hot and cold.
- Operate powered industrial equipment.
