1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Aldi is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join their team. The role involves efficiently receiving, relocating, sorting, loading merchandise, and maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards. As a team player, you will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean warehouse, conduct inventory counts, and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect, consult on product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot/cold, and use powered industrial equipment.
