Job Description

Responsibilities
- Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties, including standing, walking, and working with small vehicle components.
- Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in the production process.
- Adhere to standardized work procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Requirements
- 18 years old or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to teamwork.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and operate machinery safely.
- Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced production environment.
Benefits
- Pay Range: $22.15 - $34.80/hr.
- 4 Year Growth-In program.
- Addition of $1.50/hr Shift Premium.
