Beauty Advisor (Hybrid)

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Beauty Advisor to support the Hair Color/Hair Care category for our client's prestigious brands. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and expert guidance to consumers and stylists across various channels. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, hold a valid Cosmetology License, and possess 3-5 years of salon color experience. Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Display professional company image through voice and online interactions.
• Meet quality standards in all contacts across channels.
• Recommend new ways to influence consumers in their purchase decisions.
• Support consumer insights collection by communicating contents of consumer conversations accurately.
• Resolve consumer issues and document for product improvement.

Qualifications

• A valid Cosmetology License and 3-5 years of salon color experience.
• Strong product/brand knowledge and attention to detail.
• Intermediate MS® Word skills.
• Ability to interact effectively, lead with sensitivity, and achieve results with integrity.
