CDL A Tanker Driver

Job Description

Wright Media is seeking a dedicated CDL A Tanker Driver to join our transportation team. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for safe and efficient delivery of liquid goods to specified locations.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport liquid cargo to designated locations adhering to all road safety regulations and protocols.
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's safety and compliance with regulations.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections.

Driver Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with tanker endorsement in your state of residence.
• Hazmat endorsement is required in some locations.
• Minimum of six (6) months verifiable experience driving a minimum of five (5) axle diesel-powered tractor-trailer combination unit.
• Stable work history and minimum age of 21 with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical exam, pulmonary function test, and a controlled substance test.
• Exhibit professionalism in appearance and performance.
