Construction Project Director

Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky plays a critical role in managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development and marketing efforts. Working closely with property owners and managers of damaged properties, the Project Director oversees the development of cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services in commercial, industrial, government, and residential sectors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in construction/restoration industry
• Strong proficiency in Construction estimating and large-loss experience
• Experience with Xactimate and other estimating software is preferred
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Certifications in OSHA 10/30, CPR, and First Aid are advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
