Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities through personal business development and marketing activities. Collaborating with property owners and managers of various properties, the Project Director develops cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services following man-made or natural disasters.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing and sales experience in restoration or construction industry
• Construction estimating or large loss and catastrophe experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and social media platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of project management and financial processes
• Business ethics and integrity
• OSHA certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Some travel may be required
