Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and oversee administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Supervise a team of Caregivers providing support to individuals in the program.
  • Assist individuals with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care.
  • Engage individuals in community activities and provide transportation when needed.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of related work experience.
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
