Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission-driven team is committed to creating meaningful relationships with the individuals we serve while promoting their growth, independence, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with their daily hygiene and personal care needs.
• Support individuals with developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and community participation.
• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Take initiative to ensure individuals can enjoy their favorite activities and be active members of the community.
• Address behavioral challenges and provide support for individuals with complex needs.
