Job Description
Are you a current college student looking for an opportunity to have a real impact and take on significant responsibility? The District Manager role at Aldi offers you the chance to supervise operations within an entire district, overseeing up to six stores and driving sales growth for one of the fastest-growing US grocery retailers. As part of a paid training program of up to 44 weeks, you will be prepared to lead by managing the operations, staff, and performance of a multi-million dollar district.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Develop staffing levels and improve operating results.
- Ensure adherence to company merchandising plans.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a motivated professional workforce.
- Communicate company strategy and core values to create teamwork.
- Analyze competitive pricing and provide feedback on products.
- Conduct store inventory counts and manage store compliance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Drive projects to completion through effective collaboration.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.

Travel
