Housekeeping Utility Worker / Floor Tech (Tues-Sat 3pm-11pm)

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Utility Worker / Floor Tech to join our team at Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for our residents by cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, community spaces, and classrooms using specialized equipment and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning resident rooms in nursing home or apartments.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the community through the use of specialized equipment.
- Cleaning public bathrooms, lobbies, living rooms, classrooms, and carpeted surfaces.
- Assisting with the collection, bagging, and disposal of trash as well as replacing trashcan liners.

Requirements
- Previous experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting is ideal.
- Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment, and housekeeping vehicles.
- Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
- Demonstrate professional and responsive interactions with residents, family members, staff, vendors, and others.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience, $13.00 - $15.50 per hour. Erickson Senior Living, its affiliates, and managed communities are Equal Opportunity Employers.
