Job Description
Join the Hampton Inn Naples team as a Maintenance Assistant/ Maintenance Tech for a full-time position. As part of our vibrant highgate Hotels family, you will take on exciting responsibilities in maintaining, repairing equipment, and ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms, including minor repairs, touch-up paint, minor furniture repair, and various guestroom and equipment maintenance tasks.
- Cleaning and maintaining various equipment and areas throughout the hotel premises.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs, monitor energy conservation, and respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations.
- Undertake any other assigned tasks from supervisors or managers.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license required.
