Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician II at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will play a crucial role in installing, modifying, troubleshooting, repairing, and overhauling manufacturing and support equipment. Working with minimal supervision, you will ensure all equipment is maintained in compliance with industry standards and government regulations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, plan, and perform operations related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders for maintenance activities and technical assistance.
- Maintain safe and organized work areas while complying with regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process and maintenance improvements.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Completion of an Industrial Maintenance degree or certificate is preferred.
- Demonstrated advanced mechanical and electrical skills, with PLC troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to read complex instructions, diagrams, and schematics.
- Experience with diagnostic equipment, job databases, and CMMS systems.
- Background in Continuous Process Improvement and packaging automation is desirable.
Benefits
- Starting pay at $32.55 per hour, increasing to $34.30 per hour after 6 months, with additional shift premiums.
