Job Description
Join Boeing as a Mid-Level Systems Engineer contributing to the Government Training Engineering team in Berkeley, MO. This role involves system integration, verification, and optimization of the T-7 Trainers. Work on cutting-edge technologies with a global impact.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, develop, and verify complex system solutions.
- Evaluate operational needs, define system requirements, and integrate technical parameters.
- Analyze system architectures for cost-effectiveness and performance.
- Implement and monitor requirements management processes.
- Resolve cross-functional technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 3+ years in SEIT product development lifecycle.
- 1+ years leading engineering teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with aircrew training systems and COTS computational systems.
- Ability to review requirements and develop verification test procedures.
- Proficiency with scripting and network architectures.
- Experience on T-7 or similar military trainer platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe/EVM methodologies.
