Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, develop, and verify complex system solutions.
  • Evaluate operational needs, define system requirements, and integrate technical parameters.
  • Analyze system architectures for cost-effectiveness and performance.
  • Implement and monitor requirements management processes.
  • Resolve cross-functional technical issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years in SEIT product development lifecycle.
  • 1+ years leading engineering teams.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with aircrew training systems and COTS computational systems.
  • Ability to review requirements and develop verification test procedures.
  • Proficiency with scripting and network architectures.
  • Experience on T-7 or similar military trainer platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe/EVM methodologies.
