1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our warehouse team at Aldi as an Entry-Level Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores, contributing to the satisfaction of our growing customer base. Our warehouse positions offer a part-time schedule, averaging fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for store orders.
• Move and organize merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and handle incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to optimize warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt positively to challenges, and drive for success.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
