Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards
• Perform general cleaning duties as required

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately
• Physical ability to handle merchandise and operate equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
