1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Join Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker and play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient selection, receiving, and delivery of products to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As part of our warehouse team, you will collaborate with dedicated individuals in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.
