1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a part-time employee working fewer than 30 hours per week, you will play a key role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise within the warehouse, and preparing shipments for delivery to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipping.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently following company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Drive for success and organize tasks efficiently.
• Interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
