1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Aldi is currently hiring for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate position with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour for 1st Shift (7:00AM start time) at various schedules. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and notify management of any issues.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Demonstrated concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Ability to adapt, drive for success, and organize efficiently.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise in the warehouse and prepare for deliveries.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
