1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks such as selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and communicate issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
