1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently organizing and handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Receive and relocate incoming stock accurately.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
