1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Warehouse Associate, your main responsibilities will include efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and in a team, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Job Type

• Full-Time
• Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time
• Schedules Available: A1, A2, B, C, D
• Starting Wage: Up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically
• Perform general cleaning duties
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership
• Provide input to improve processes
• Inspect product quality and safety
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals
• Follow safety guidelines and ergonomic procedures
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• Age Requirement: 18 years or older
• Acts Competencies: Conscientious, Collaborative, Positive attitude, Driven for success, Efficient
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and placing products up to 45 pounds
• Moving merchandise and preparing for deliveries
• Standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking
• Working in varying temperatures
• Operating powered industrial equipment safely
