Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team on the 1st shift. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and distributing merchandise to ensure efficient order fulfillment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and address concerns with management.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
