Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
