1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations and contribute to achieving budgeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and inspect product quality.
• Act independently within the delegated area of responsibility.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and adhere to company policies.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any product issues.

Requirements
