Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
- Perform general cleaning duties to ensure warehouse appearance and safety.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect product quality and safety, maintaining compliance with standards.
- Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and with a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise and prepare deliveries.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
