1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Assist with warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
