Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The position offers competitive wages and benefits, including a starting wage of up to $26.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals. Additionally, you will inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues, and operate equipment following safety guidelines. Ideal candidates will be at least 18 years old, demonstrate ALDI Acts competencies, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Physical requirements include lifting and moving products weighing up to 45 pounds, sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and operating powered industrial equipment.
