1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Aldi team in the 1st Shift. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and collaborate with management on improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Physical agility to carry out warehouse tasks in varying temperatures.
