We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety protocols.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
