1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with team members and leadership to enhance warehouse operations.

Shift and Schedules

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday - Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday - Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating Saturdays and Sundays
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday - Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment and report issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to apply
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, resilient, drives for success
• Efficiently organized and executes tasks
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, work in varying temperatures
