Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. This position offers competitive wages and benefits, including a starting wage of up to $23.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will work closely with warehouse management to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.

- Stay organized, make decisions, and maintain compliance with standards.

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise and prepare product for deliveries.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
