Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Job Type

Full-Time, 30-35 hours per week

Starting Wage

Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour

Shift

1st Shift - 7:15 AM start time

Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating schedule
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise and prepare for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
