1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Aldi is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a warehouse associate, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, performing warehouse inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
