Starting Wage: $23.00 per hour

Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically in preparation for shipment.
Unload incoming shipments from trucks/back-hauls and perform general cleaning duties.
Participate in taking warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines and consult with warehouse management regarding quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
Assist warehouse management in achieving budgeted goals and follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
Collaborate and cooperate with the team in a warehouse environment.
Adapt positively to pressure, setbacks, challenges, and change.
Deliver excellent performance, make decisions, and maintain compliance with company standards.
Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and perform basic arithmetic equations.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights, move merchandise from warehouse stock, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
Ability to work in varying temperatures, operate powered industrial equipment, provide input to warehouse management for process improvement, and perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies and procedures.

Frequently required to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
Continuously work in varying temperatures, hot and cold, including refrigerator/freezer environments.
Ability to safely and properly operate powered industrial equipment.
