Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. This role requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare shipments and unload incoming goods.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
