1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various duties, including receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations and contribute to achieving budgeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
