Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring the timely processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
