We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in stock management, order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically for efficient processing.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
