Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling store orders efficiently and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvement.
- Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
- Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to collaborate, adapt, and drive for success.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating warehouse equipment safely.
