1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing orders, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership. This role offers a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Interact and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate within safety guidelines and company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and move merchandise.
• Perform various physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
