Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, maintaining warehouse standards, and ensuring efficient operations within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following specific handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and management for effective warehouse operations.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing assigned tasks.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently as required.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to apply company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
