1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. This position offers 1st Shift hours starting at 7:00 AM and a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on schedule and shift differentials. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and team environments.
