1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Aldi is seeking to hire a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for the 1st Shift role. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and perform general cleaning duties.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Physical Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Frequently required to move and lift merchandise throughout the warehouse.
