Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling and moving merchandise in the warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining warehouse standards.

Shift:

1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
