1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling and organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties, inventory counts, and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures diligently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
