We are currently looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure efficient order fulfillment and product handling. The role includes relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and communicating effectively with team members and leadership. The position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload products for shipment efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
