Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for 1st Shift at Aldi. The position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in efficiently fulfilling orders, maintaining warehouse standards, and ensuring product quality and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize and execute tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions.
