Title: 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocates merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, loads, and unloads merchandise.
• Performs general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperates with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provides input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspects product quality and safety.
• Acts independently within the delegated area of responsibility.
• Assists in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follows safety guidelines and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success as per ALDI Acts competencies.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
