Job Description

Join ALDI as a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate and be a part of our dedicated warehouse team. Work fewer than 30 hours per week at our dynamic warehouse operations where you play a crucial role in ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. As a warehouse associate, you will be responsible for relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products for shipment, maintaining warehouse inventory, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, work in various temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
